Get to know the dedicated coaches and passionate staff behind Stallions Cheer. We come from all walks of life and are united in our passion for competition, sportsmanship and community service. We’re fortunate enough to be working with some of the best in the industry, and we know that we couldn’t have made it to where we are today without our incredible coaches.
Our coaches have all passed background checks and are all certified through USA Cheer, the National Center for Sports Safety and the CDC Heads Up Concussion program.

Coach Melissa B.

Coach Melissa has been with the program since its beginning in 2012. She was the driving force of making the switch from Pop Warner to Rec. Coach Melissa is a member of Varsity Spirit's Team Blue Rec Coaches Council where she is responsible for representing rec programs across the country. Only 15 coaches in the US were selected for this council. She is the former head coach for Alexandria Central's Varsity cheer team & LaFargeville Central's Varsity cheer team and led ACS’s team to a Frontier League Sportsmanship Award. Coach Melissa is also a certified New York State Cheerleading Judge.

Coach Staci is back as a coach with our program and has been promoted to Assistant Director and is our program EMT. In the past, Coach Staci has coached for NNY Cheer and Tumble, has taught gymnastics and tumbling, and is currently a NYS certified judge for high school cheer.

Coach Jayden T.

Head Coach Blaze

Coach Jayden is joining us in her fourth year as a full-time coach and her first seaso of being a head coach. She has cheered for the Stallions since 2012 and has won many National titles with our program. Jayden is a current college student at SUNY Potsdam and a 2-time Cheerleading Frontier League All-Star. Jayden cheered for both Alexandria Central and LaFargeville Central while in high school along with a season of All Star for NNY Cheer & Tumble.

Coach Jessica M.

Coach Jessica is coming to us for her fourth year as a Stallion coach and her first year head coaching. She is a former coach for Indian River Pop Warner, spending 2 years with their JPW team and 1 year with their Tiny Mite team. Coach Jess is also coaching this year in remembrance of her daughter, Lexie, as cheer was something they did together in the past.

Coach Chelsea B.

Coach Chelsea has been with us for 4 years. She cheered for Canaseraga JV & Varsity teams, as well as for Jefferson Community College. Coach Chelsea was also a gymnastics coach at the YMCA.

Coach Jennifer S.

Co Head Coach Dark Horse

Coach Jennifer is back with the Stallions and is no stranger to cheer. She is the former 28-year head coach of Copenhagen Varsity Cheer, former coach for the Red & Black cheerleaders, former owner and Head Coach of Galaxy All-Stars, 20+ years as a Competitive Cheer Judge, Section III & NYS Coach of the Year and 12-time Frontier League Coach of the Year.

Coach Becky G.

Tumbling Instructor

Coach Becky has been with us for four years as our main tumbling instructor. She is the owner and operator of Fluidity Gymnastics Studio and is the reason the majority of our team can tumble. Coach Becky is a former gymnastics instructor at Joanne's Northern Lights Dance Company. Coach Becky has begun choreographing all our tumbling sections for our competition routines and has picked up on the fundamentals of all aspects of cheer in her time with us.

Coach Stephanie A.

This is the fourth year we have had Coach Stephanie on staff. She is a former cheerleader for Indian River Pop Warner and IR Varsity, as well as Jefferson Community College. Coach Stephanie has been a cheer coach since the age of 16.

Coach Kierstyn T.

Assistant Coach Free Rein

This is Coach Kierstyn’s second year coaching as a full time assistant coach for one team and as a full time athlete on Mane Event and Dark Horse. Coach Kierstyn is a freshman at SUNY Canton and has cheered for our program since 2012 and won many National titles with us. Coach Kierstyn is also a Frontier League All Star and has cheered for Alexandria Central and LaFargeville Central, beginning in 7th grade.

Coach Brooke E.

Coach Brooke is back for her second year. Coach Brooke is a former General Brown Varsity cheerleader as well as a former UEC Dragons cheerleader and cheered for us at the Stallions.

Coach Cassie B.

This is Coach Cassie’s second year coaching with our program. Coach Cassie has siblings that cheer for us, so it was a natural fit for her to join our staff.

Coach Shauna W.

This is Coach Shauna's first year with NCE but she is no stranger to cheer. Shauna coached for Indian River Pop Warner for 5 years and has spent many years as a Team Mom. She knows how to bring the fun and our tiny's love her!

Coach Megan G.

Assistant Coach Blaze

This is Coach Megan's first year coaching for us but she has been an NCE cheerleader for 3 years. Megan is coaching full time while cheering on Mane Event and for her high school. Megan has cheered for Indian River High School/Pop Warner since she was 8 and did 2 years of all star cheer with NNY and CNY. She received the Heart of a Champion Award for her high school team and has been named a Frontier League All Star.

Board Members

Our program is run by a group of volunteer board members who work tirelessly to provide our athletes and their families with the best, most cost-effective Performance Rec cheer program in our area. All of our board members have passed background checks.
